XREDIT wants every business owner to be able to learn about XREDIT Pay and reach us easily, including people who use assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.
What we've done
- Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline and a link to skip to the main content.
- Images have text descriptions, and decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
- Text and buttons meet WCAG color contrast guidelines.
- Pages work with your device's larger text settings and browser zoom, on phones, tablets and computers.
- Scrolling lists have a Pause button, and if your device is set to reduce motion, our animations are turned off or kept to a minimum.
The live demos
The food truck and liquor store demos are working point-of-sale screens, built for the touchscreens they run on in a store. They can be used with a mouse, touch or keyboard, but some parts may not read fully with a screen reader. If you'd like to see how XREDIT Pay works another way, call us and we'll walk you through it.
Ongoing work
We test the site with automated tools and by hand as it changes, and fix problems as we find them. Booking a call takes you to XREDIT's booking calendar on xredit.com, which follows the same standard.
Need help or found a problem?
