Privacy Policy
Effective October 31, 2026
XREDIT LLC ("XREDIT," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through www.xreditpay.com (the "site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. XREDIT serves businesses, and this policy covers the information we collect through the site and our sales conversations. Information submitted in a merchant account application is also governed by the privacy notices and agreements of the processing partner you apply with.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- When you book a call: your name, email address, phone number and any answers you provide in the booking form.
- When you contact us: anything you share by phone or email, such as your business details or questions.
- For a statement review or quote: merchant processing statements and business information you choose to send us.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit. These are used to keep the site running and secure.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The site may store a small setting in your browser for the current visit (for example, to skip the homepage intro), which never leaves your device.
Booking calendar and other third parties
Our booking calendar is provided by TidyCal. Information you enter there is collected by TidyCal on our behalf, and TidyCal may use its own cookies. Its handling of your information is described in TidyCal's own privacy policy.
Apart from the booking calendar and our hosting provider, we do not allow third parties to collect personal information about your online activities on our site, and we do not track visitors across other websites over time.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Because we do not track visitors across websites or use advertising or analytics cookies, the site works the same whether or not your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of your personal information.
How we use your information
- To schedule and hold calls, answer your questions and follow up with you.
- To review your processing costs and prepare pricing or setup recommendations.
- To help you apply for a merchant account and support you once you're processing with us.
- To operate, secure and improve the site.
- To meet legal, regulatory and card brand requirements.
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information, share it for targeted advertising, or share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only:
- With our processing partners (Netevia, CardConnect, Nexio and their member banks) when you ask us to help you apply for or manage a merchant account.
- With service providers who help us run our business, such as scheduling, email and website hosting, and only for that purpose.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of XREDIT, our clients or others.
Text messages and email from stores that use XREDIT Pay
Businesses that use XREDIT Pay, our point-of-sale software, can send text messages and emails to their customers, such as order-ready alerts, receipts, rewards updates and offers. When you join a store's rewards program at its register or customer screen, the store collects your name and, only if you choose, your mobile number and email address, along with a record that you agreed to receive messages. Text messages and email are separate choices, both start unchecked, and neither is required to make a purchase.
- How it's used: only to send you the messages you agreed to from that store, and to honor your requests to stop.
- No sharing for marketing: no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We never sell phone numbers or email addresses.
- Who helps deliver them: our messaging providers (Telnyx for texts and Resend for email) receive a phone number or email address only to deliver a message, and may not use it for anything else.
- Stopping: reply STOP to any text, or click "Unsubscribe" in any marketing email, and that store will not send you marketing again. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. See our text message terms.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law, our processing partners or the card brands require.
How we protect it
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please avoid emailing full card numbers or bank account numbers.
Your choices and rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, give you a copy, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Some states (such as California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and Virginia) give their residents these rights by law; we extend them to everyone. We will not treat you differently for using them.
- How to ask: email support@xredit.com or call (702) 722-4330. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we respond within 45 days.
- Appeals: if we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision. We will answer within 45 days. If you disagree with the outcome, you may contact your state's Attorney General.
- Authorized agents: someone you authorize in writing may make a request on your behalf.
Nevada residents
We do not sell covered information as defined by Nevada law (NRS 603A). Nevada residents may still submit a verified request directing us not to sell their covered information by emailing our designated request address, support@xredit.com. We will respond within 60 days.
California residents
California's "Shine the Light" law lets California residents ask whether we share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing. We do not. You may also review and request changes to your information as described above.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use information we already hold, we will also tell you by email if we have your address.
